But, I felt compelled to leave a review because our server, Lydia is perfection. I used to be a server and there was nothing that she could have done better. She was extremely attentive without being annoying (which is a fine line, lol). She's the type of server that would never show you she's having a bad day. “ After a late morning of snow tubing, we were looking for local warm comfort food. Poor Richard’s did not disappoint. First, Delta our server was amazing. She recommended the wings and she was right on. Also the chicken bacon wrap was “extraordinarily extraordinary and delishish” per the teenager in the group. Onion rings were crispy and yummy. We left very satisfied and will add to the list to return!! ”
